Understand when a project requires a milestone plan versus a detailed L2. Gauge what the current team can achieve and foresee their potential. Seek to understand the “why” rather than just the "how."

  • Don’t be afraid to move on from a role once you are done learning. Happiness = Expectations - Reality. Once you are done learning, expectations drop like a rock.
