  • Most project indicators are lagging. Bad stuff has to happen for you to realize that things are in a bad place. This creates a culture of reactive management instead of proactive management. Leading indicators are hard to find. Keep looking.

  • Scheduling doesn’t have to be a little art and a little science. It can and should be math. Inputs, outputs, variables.
