Don't just present the schedule at team meetings, but provide specific, actionable insights instead.

Review the schedule before each meeting and identify potential issues or conflicts. In the contract, liquidated damages can amount to $100,000 per day if we fail to deliver the milestone on Day 45.

For example, you might say, "I've noticed that we'll miss the delivery milestone if we continue in our current course." As a result, you demonstrate your broad understanding of the project, contribute significantly to discussions, and position yourself as a scheduler who looks beyond the technical details.
