Two Thoughts on Scheduling

• Observe how the schedule is built more closely. It provides a first indication of the type of plan you will receive. Michelin Stars don't go to restaurants that can't pass a food inspection. A secret schedule, no backup, and late delivery is the beginning of a long hard journey. 

• An owner can be a tremendous help on a project. Others can’t. Adjust your schedule review meetings, outputs and requests according to the owner you are working with.
